Arbër Abilaliaj is officially the coach of Partizan. He will have the role of technician and sports director at the same time, thus gaining the trust of the president Gaz Demi. At the press conference, Abilaliaj said that he is ready to take this project to the end and has faith in the players he has available.

"I want to thank the whole red family, president Demi for all the support, because actually I have said it before, which is a project that started two years ago to build a team that would impose itself in the most best possible. From the first day I came here I felt at home, I felt that I could give much more of myself. We have done a good part of the road. I have said it before, it is a very long process. It is a process as a club and as a red community are very big. The desire or self-confidence to do well, especially in this environment, I believe was very natural and very simple to achieve these results. But I have said once again that it is only the beginning of a long road. The development of the club and the players, which is our main objective, will take a lot of time.

At no time, from day one, I felt at home, because there was no pressure that could hold me back from what I can do for this club. It was definitely a good pressure, in such an important club it gives you the opportunity to get results. It's not just good for a manager, it's good for any coach or any club to have. As in the Albanian championship, but also in the European competitions.

We are one of the teams that worked very carefully in the summer season, but looking at the approaches that were made, they were approaches that helped us even at the beginning of the season. we also had absences which were not felt at all in the composition of the team. It is one thing that we can consider footballers who are rehabilitating and have not been present in the team, from January we can consider new signings considering that we have many important players who have been out for a very long time. We can intervene, but perhaps only in one position, nothing less, nothing more. The desire has been for this team that was formed in June to be consolidated in the coming June and to have the opportunity to make a more successful European season than the one we left behind.

To be honest, the goal was to dominate the matches. We have never thought about "Final 4", we have never thought about the first place part. has always been in our interest and goals. This was one of the things that was done with the footballers. If you manage to express yourself well every game, the results will come as they have at this point. I am convinced that the players will overcome this and Partizan will not have problems in terms of ranking. It is important for us to develop every match, because on the basis of this thing, of these results, we can build something good.

I was convinced. This is more of a clarification that the president wanted to make. But I've been working here for six games, it's a normal flow of what's happening now. It wasn't a matter of conviction, we're here from start to finish.
