The official of the Kukës team is suspended, two Superior teams are also fined (Decisions)

The Commission of Discipline and Ethics at the AFL, after examining all the cases and episodes of Albanian football in the midweek matches, has made several decisions. The official of Kukës, Naim Halili, has been suspended for two matches, due to the protests.

Also, Tirana has been fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) lek, due to the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground. Vllaznia had the same fate, and for the same reason, was fined 50,000 (fifty thousand) ALL.

Decisions:

The official of FK Kukësi, Naim Halili, for protesting against the decisions of the match official, based on article 14/1/c of ??the KDS, is punished with 2 (two) match suspension from activities.

AF Elbasani, for the wrong behavior of the spectators by throwing things on the sports ground, based on Article 17/2/b of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is punished with a fine of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) ALL. AF Elbasani is ordered to compensate the damages caused to the Stadium "Elbasan Arena" according to the act of ascertainment, within 15 days.

Në aplikim të nenit 34/1/3 të KDS, vendoset pezullimi i pjesshëm i zbatimit të dënimit pas shlyerjes së gjysmës së tij. Periudha e pezullimit me kusht do të jetë 6 (gjashtë) muaj.

KF Vora, urdhërohet të dëmshpërblejë dëmet e shkaktuara në Stadiumin “Elbasan Arena” sipas akt konstatimit, brenda 15 ditëve.

Flamurtari FC, për sjellje të gabuar të spektatorëve duke hedhur sende në terrenin sportiv, në bazë të nenit 17/2/b të KDS, dënohet me gjobë në masën 100.000 (njëqind mijë) lekë. Sipas nenit 76/1/a të KDS, gjoba të aplikohet në masën 50%.

Zyrtari i KF Bylis, Ermal Hasimaj, për provokim të spektatorëve, në bazë të nenit 14/1/f të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

Zyrtari i KF Bylis, Kostantinos Michailidis, për protestë ndaj vendimeve të zyrtarit të ndeshjes, në bazë të nenit 14/1/c të KDS, dënohet me 2 (dy) ndeshje pezullim nga veprimtaritë.

KS Korabi, në bazë të nenit 6/1/a të KDS, paralajmërohet se në rast të përsëritjes së sjelljes së gabuar të spektatorëve, do të jetë subjekt i masave disiplinore që parashikon Kodi i Disiplinës Sportive dhe Rregulloret e FSHF.
