Juventus has been officially punished with the deduction of 10 points in the ranking in relation to the issue of surplus values.
This is the sentence of the FIGC's federal appeals court after the new trial session.
The same Court acquitted the 7 Juventus executives for whom the Collegium of Guarantee had requested a retrial regarding their responsibility, including Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano.
Federal prosecutor Giuseppe Chiné had earlier requested an eight-month suspension for them.
After this decision, Juventus is ranked in eighth place with 59 points, while there is still one match to play and the opportunity to aim for the Champions League.
