Good and quality sleep is the basis for the good functioning of the body, while according to experts, a very important role is played by the hours you sleep, which should be at least eight.
However, many people complain that after a few hours of sleep they wake up tired and in a bad mood, which affects their whole day.
Here are three reasons why this happens…
1. Electronic devices before bed
Research has shown that people who deal with electronic devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.) before bed have difficulty waking up, unlike those who choose a printed book. The blue light emitted by smartphones and tablets suppresses melatonin, the sleep hormone. If you want quality sleep, turn off all electronic devices (computers, cell phones, tablets, eReaders) an hour and a half before going to bed.
The pillow also plays a very important role in the quality of sleep. The pillow should be relatively thin so as not to bend the neck. Use only one pillow under your head, as the above pillows distort the spine while you sleep, gradually causing pain in the body. The pillow should only support the head and neck, not the shoulders. If you tend to sleep on your back, avoid the pillow under your head.
There's nothing worse for a rough morning than a bad sleeping position that can cause neck pain, especially if the pillow is too high or too low. It can also cause shoulder pain if you sleep on your side with your head in your hand, but also lower back pain, especially if you sleep on your stomach. Chronic sleeping habits may be responsible for neck or back pain. By getting the right sleeping position, you will get rid of severe pain in the jaw, neck, shoulders, waist and hips.
