The latest study reveals why you should never order lemon water at a bar

Whenever you drink lemon water, you feel 'really' healthy, don't you?

Especially in cases where you refuse any type of carbonated or alcoholic drink, if you are in a restaurant. But do you know what happens every time you add lemon to water? And do you know that the way you choose in bars or restaurants can do you more harm than good?

There are some arguments that you should keep in mind, because they are the result of many bacteria collected in the lemon as a result of not washing it.

according to a study conducted by a microbiologist in New Jersey (but also other similar studies), lemons served in restaurants (or bars) have many bacteria, so much so that they exceed their maximum number. Many of these bacteria are found in feces, according to the study.

These microorganisms can also be transmitted to the meat or fish with lemon that you consume in the restaurant, if the hands that touched them before are not washed.

Shocking, but true. But if you're one of those people who don't drink lemon water in bars or restaurants, then you don't have to worry. Also, if you have a healthy immune system, maybe even after that you will feel good and without problems (but don't forget that there are many restaurants or bars that do not respect the health rules set by the PIH).

However, if you're at home, experts always suggest lemon water to wash away the harmful bacteria you picked up from any outside food.

So, if you are in love with lemon, use it as much as possible at home!
