You can say what you want about coffee, blame it, criticize it, but you will always find it in front of you.

However, a new study shows that a coffee in the morning is recommended.

The specific Annals of Internal Medicine study found that people who consume about 3.5 cups of coffee a day may have a greater chance of living longer, regardless of the amount of sugar they consume in their drink.

The 7-year experiment reports that about 171,000 participants with an average age of 56, without heart problems or cancer, were shown to have a 30% higher chance of avoiding health complications if they consumed 1.5-3.5 cups of coffee in day.

Of course, research clarifies that drinking coffee alone does not necessarily ensure longevity, however it is consistently observed that it significantly reduces the possibility of diseases and health problems, such as type 2 diabetes or Parkinson's.
