For this reason, one of the important elements is a balanced diet, where we don't have too much sugar because these will affect us in relation to fats and proteins. So, a balanced nutritional diet is the first and most important measure we can take to have the best brain.
As a second measure, we can keep the brain very active by using foods that have a positive effect. Here we can mention the flower of the sun. People who feel sluggish and sleepy, we recommend consuming 200 to 250 grams per day. We are talking about bare seeds, otherwise it would be more. It is recommended to use them for 3 weeks, then consult a doctor.
A positive influence is also the wild rose, in its composition there are several types of vitamins and enzymes, which affect the entire human body, especially the brain. In this direction, mint and bee grass are also effective, two herbs that help activate the brain. We are used to hearing that chamomile tea calms you down, it is recommended to be consumed because it also affects the spine.
