The day of birth is considered as an accurate indicator of a person's age. Sometimes, depending on the physical condition and lifestyle, it happens that the body has a completely different appearance and functionality.

The person may even look younger or older than what is shown on the birth certificate. In other words, chronological age can be quite different from biological age.

Methods for calculating biological age are superficial, however, indicators should be taken into consideration. But how to understand your physical condition and lifestyle, to notice if your body has a young or old age?

How to calculate the real age of the organism, learn

The heart is one of the most important organs of the body. A healthy heart is key to well-being.

Heart rate is usually 60 to 100 per minute. When the body is relaxing, the beats should not be faster or slower than the aforementioned numbers.

Place two fingers on the inside of the left wrist touching one of the two main arteries in this area. Usually if the heart rate when the body is resting is low, the heart is strong. High beats indicate that the heart has to work hard, that it is weak and less efficient.
