You will not believe it, but eating chocolate cake for breakfast helps you lose

This is news that will satisfy chocolate lovers: according to a study conducted by Tel Aviv University (Israel), including chocolate for a balanced breakfast helps you lose weight. You just have to avoid over 600 calories and balance your intake of protein and carbohydrates.

According to researchers, our metabolism is more active in the morning and the body is able to burn calories. Doing so also avoids the desire to consume sweet foods later.

Approximately 200 overweight people underwent observation to conduct the study. 100 of them were given a low carbon diet and a 300 calorie breakfast. The other 100 were offered a 600-calorie breakfast, with balanced protein and carbohydrates, and a piece of chocolate cake.

Researchers have shown that adding sweets to breakfast helps people lose weight faster. A piece of chocolate cake for breakfast also provides energy thanks to stearic and palmitic acids (saturated) and oleic acid (unsaturated), which help you lose weight and be full of energy without the risk of cholesterol accumulation.
