Do you have problems with sinusitis? Doctor Ylli Merja presents the plant that will heal him immediately

"Sinusitis is an inflammation of the spaces located in the hollow part of the facial bones. The cause of this inflammation are bacteria and viruses that float in the air, when they penetrate through the thin channels of these sinuses, they go and are deposited in the centers of the sinuses, being created in the mass of bags with secretions that are difficult to get out, being that the communication channels with the respiratory tract are very thin. During a television program, the specialist Ylli Merja emphasized that for this problem a treatment with antibiotics can be done, but this is not a solution in my opinion, says the doctor, since indeed this inflammation or these secretion bags can be destroyed and die, but a however small a part or bacterium dries up and remains there. The disease "sleeps" there again and from a momentary disease it can turn into a chronic disease.  

The main symptoms of sinuses, the usual severe ones are: facial pain, headache, pressure in the head, difficulty breathing, nasal congestion, free or difficult nasal discharge, loss of smell, temperature in the face or head. While the mildest symptoms are: body twitching, lethargy, forehead-head-neck pain, toothache or bad breath.

Merja emphasizes that the place where the pain of sinusitis appears is on the cheekbones, on the forehead above the eyebrows, at the root of the nose, in the middle of the head. According to the duration of symptoms, acute sinusitis lasts 2-4 weeks, subacute sinusitis lasts 4 to 12 weeks, while chronic sinusitis lasts more than 12 weeks.

The herbal medicine specialist Merja gives some very efficient cures for the treatment of sinusitis from the lightest to the most severe stages, the pumpkin or wild melon that is known in different areas is the 'natural surgeon' of the sinuses.

Alternative treatment for sinusitis:

·Make a steam dinner with sinositis tea by doing this: In 1 liter of water, boil 3-4 tablespoons of sinositis tea for 2-3 minutes (in the absence of 6-7 eucalyptus leaves, 3-4 bay leaves and 1 spoon of oregano). Place the tea pot on the table and let it stand on the 35 cm steam for 10-12 minutes.

After steaming, put 4-5 drops of propolis with oregano, 2 drops of laurel oil and 5 drops of water. Inhale the liquid through the nose.

During the day, we spray 6-7 sprays of herbal antiseptic on the hand. We hold our hands in front of our nose for 3-4 minutes. This is done 3-4 times during the day

·Propolis with oregano, drink 3 x 10 drops a day after bread

· In severe sinusitis, we use wild pumpkin. Pour 10-12 drops of wild pumpkin juice, add ¼ teaspoon of sugar and melt it. Inhale the pumpkin juice through the nose. This is done before 15:00, as the nose will run every 10-12 minutes for several hours. This method destroys the foci of sinusitis in a few hours. Care must be taken that the liquid does not wet the pharynx and vocal cords, as it irritates them. In order not to irritate the larynx, drink propolis 3-4 times a day and 2-3 times a day from 1 teaspoon of besan oil or olive oil.

Ylli Merja points out that all the difficulties are only noticeable on the first day, if you have sinusitis you will be surprised what you will get out of your nose and then the second day and the following will be ordinary days where you will feel completely cleansed.
