But what are the causes of digestive dysfunction? How can we speed up the metabolism and what are the teas and medicinal plants that regenerate the digestive system.
It often happens that our stomach is hard, swollen, we have gas gurgling, we have difficulty in digestion. The causes of this functional disorder can be different, such as lack of physical activity, stressful, psychological causes or food diets. In order to return the digestion to normal, the food diet must be corrected first. According to the specialist of Medicinal Plants Ylli Merja, the foods, spices or plants that we should consume must have the following criteria: contain fiber, cellulose or pectin, contain organic acids, enzymes and ferments.
Foods that stimulate digestion should not be missing in our diet, such as:
· Vegetables such as broccoli, leeks, beetroot, spinach, legumes, chard
· Wild herbs such as chicory, radish, milk thistle, nettle, sorrel, burdullaku
· Kitchen spices such as dill, mint, fennel, basil, parsley, licorice, ginger
