The High Representative of the European Union, Josep Borrell, has reacted again regarding the situation in the north of Kosovo.
Through a post on Twitter, Borrell has listed the three requirements that Kosovo must fulfill, according to him, if it is not implemented, there will be serious consequences.
"We have 3 clear demands: - New local elections now - Ensuring the participation of Kosovo Serbs - The start of work on the establishment of the Association of Municipalities with a Serbian Majority with the Dialogue facilitated by the EU. Failure to do this will have serious consequences for our relationship," Borrell wrote.
