The Prime Minister of Kosovo, Albin Kurti, revealed today details about the meeting held in Ohrid on Saturday, between him, the President of Serbia Aleksandër Vu?i?, the head of the EU for Foreign Policy Josep Borrell and the emissary for the dialogue Miroslav Laj?ak.
In a post on Twitter, Kurti said that Vucic has rejected his offer for "self-management" of Kosovo Serbs after refusing to sign the February 27 Agreement in Brussels and before rejecting the proposed Annex in Ohrid.
"After refusing to sign the February 27 Agreement and before again refusing to sign the March 18 Annex, the president of Serbia rejected my generous offer of self-management for Kosovo Serbs in an association that I would design and propose. Is he Dr. No or Mr. Node? We know that he is not a doctor", wrote Kurti.
