"Fresh" non-women are coming from the USA, the US State Department warns of new sanctions for the Western Balkans, here's who is at risk

"Fresh" non-women are coming from the USA, the US State Department

The Balkans have been put in the red circle by the United States of America. The US is preparing to "cleanse" the region of the corrupt and incriminated through the mechanism of declaring "non grata". Yesterday DASH gave the signals that corrupt high officials, including Albania, are expecting bitter news. Matthew Miller, the newly appointed spokesman for the US State Department, has warned of further sanctions by the United States to counter Russia's malicious maneuvers in the Western Balkans region. So the endangered names are those characters associated with Moscow.

In a statement published on Platform X, Miller makes clear the US position to crack down on corrupt individuals who threaten the integrity of state institutions across the Balkans and to increase their accountability. "While we oppose Russia's destabilizing actions in the Western Balkans, we are also committed to punishing those corrupt actors who seek to undermine the region's institutional foundations," Miller said. The US warning comes after the declaration "non grata" two days ago of 10 individuals in the region. According to the US Treasury, the sanctioned individuals are from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia. Among them are Savo Cvijetinovi?, Petar Gjoki?, Dushko Perovi? and Nenad Popovi? from Bosnia and Herzegovina; Miodrag Davidovi? and Branislav Miqunovi? from Montenegro; Ratka Kunoska Kamceva, Irina Samsonenko and Sergey Samsonenko from North Macedonia; and Misha Vacic from Serbia.

DASH's new plan to crack down on the corrupt

To carry out their plan, the US has strengthened its system to crack down on the corrupt in the Balkans. DASH will also introduce intelligent services for declaring the corrupt "non grata". But it seems the smart service won't be alone. In this strategy, embassies are instructed to take measures by identifying the corrupt and assisting local institutions to punish them.

In the meantime, it is suggested that FBI agents be assigned to diplomatic headquarters, who will apparently draw up "black lists" of officials who will be declared undesirable. Agents will also help punish the corrupt. “Provide guidance to embassies to conduct corruption analysis, diagnosis and use of data for program design and diplomatic reporting. Work with the Department of Justice to deploy advisors (eg, FBI agents, judicial attaches, or resident legal counsel) to U.S. embassies to enhance counterpart capabilities to effectively investigate, prosecute, and adjudicate complex, international and national anti-corruption cases, especially those involving bribery or money laundering", states the DASH strategy.

The new anti-corruption law

Also, the American Congress is preparing a special law for the Western Balkans. The American Congress is preparing a special law for the Western Balkans. The bill directs the Secretary of State to provide technical assistance to each country in the Western Balkans to develop a national anti-corruption strategy. It also provides for the return into law of two executive orders, which would guarantee powers for sanctions against those who threaten peace and stability in the Western Balkans and who are involved in corrupt acts. First, President Biden's executive order to fight corruption in the Balkan countries is expected to become law, which further seals this American commitment. Meanwhile, the part that seems to be very strong is the US government's entry into the direct fight against corruption in Albania, Kosovo, Serbia, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

So far, this act of high American politics has been carried out through the activation of the Department of State and the Department of the Treasury, which have sanctioned high politicians in several countries of the region. With the approval of this law by the American Congress, in all likelihood, there will be other even harsher measures against Albanian politicians and high officials, but also from other countries, who have become a big problem for the societies of these countries, but also the stability of the Western Balkans.
