The EU's strong message: Without the association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, there can be no Kosovo-Serbia agreement

Yesterday, the European envoy for the Kosovo-Serbia talks, Miroslav Lajcak, said during an interview for Radio Television of Serbia that without the establishment of the Association of Serb-majority municipalities in Kosovo, "there is no agreement" on the normalization of relations between the two parties.
