The CEC did not remove Kreshnik Hajdar's mandate, 'Bashke

After the Central Election Commission did not revoke the mandate of the SP Mayor, Kreshnik Hajdari, the 'Together We Win' coalition took the case to the KAS.

Complainant: Coalition "Bashke Fitomjem" represented with special authorization by lawyer Arben Llangozi, Franci Nuri and lawyer Altin Kazia.

Object: Appeal against the decision of the "CEC" dismissing the request of the "Bashke Fitomje" Coalition to declare invalid and the premature termination of the mandate of the Mayor of Ku?ovo, Mr. Kreshnik Hajdari. This decision is immediately notified to the Prime Minister to continue with the procedures provided by Article 115 of the Constitution." In relation to the examination of the project site "For the examination of the result of the verification of the Attorney General, for the self-declaring subject Mr. Kreshnik Riza Hajdari, Mayor of Kuçovo Municipality, Berat District, proposed by the electoral entity "Socialist Party of Albania" on November 14, 2023, 12:00 p.m., State Election Commissioner.
