Celibashi, who traveled to the northeastern city to closely follow the election process for the mayor of this city, declared that the process is proceeding normally.

"My arrival here in Kukës is not related to any cause related to possible problems. We simply came with a large team to assist as much as the entire part of the election administration that deals with the administration of the election process may need," Clibashi underlined.

"From what has been reported, it does not appear that there were problems in the technical aspect of the development of the process. Some concerns were presented by representatives of the coalition "We win together" regarding the presence in some voting centers of people who were keeping track of the voters who went to vote.
