Roland Bejko complains to the OSCE/ODIHR about the May 14 elections: We have not yet received a penny from the CEC funds

Alibeaj's candidate for the municipality of Tirana, Roland Bejko, declared today that he had informed the representatives of the OSCE/ODIHR mission about the irregularities identified in the Tirana campaign for the local elections.

In a statement to the media, after the meeting, he said that the DP is struggling for the campaign and that they have not yet received a penny from the CEC fund.

"We had representatives of ODIHR in the DP environment, we made them aware of the problems of the campaign, which have to do with the government's interventions in the violations of the employment law. There are 3,000 employees at this time. We informed the OSCE/ODIHR about the increase in salaries and pensions and the opening of the bag for investments during the election period. We also informed them about the role of patron Nazis. Today, the Democratic Party has not yet received a penny from the CEC funds. DP has been hampered in the campaign, because we have not appeared with banners in public places. All premises were taken over by the SP and the "Together We Win" coalition, said Bejko.

Another issue raised by Bejko was the media's designation of Sali Berisha as DP chairman when, as he said, the DP is elsewhere.
