May 14 elections/ Here are the DP candidates in 17 municipalities (NAMES)

The discussions at the meeting of the leadership of the Democratic Party called by Enkelejd Alibeaj are clarified. 

Three options for the May 14 elections have been discussed. The Democrats have discussed that in the elections, they should go only with the municipal councils, to run with municipal councils and in those municipalities where there is potential, and to run in all the municipalities of the country, including the 3 big municipalities, Tirana, Durrës, Elbasan.

The last variant was voted by the majority of votes from the presidency. While the first two variants were voted against by 15 votes each.

It will be the branches of the DP of Alibeaj who, after the decision of the Presidency, will decide whether they will issue a candidate for the May 14 elections or not

The names proposed at the meeting as possible candidates for Tirana were:

Jonila Gogole

Roland Bejko

Xhemal Gjunkshi.
