May 14 elections/ Celibashi tells what will happen to the DP if he completes the documents

The Chairman of the Central Election Commission, Ilirjan Celibashi, has left open the possibility of registering the Democratic Party in the elections, if the latter completes the required documents.

According to him, if DP submits the required documentation, then there is no obstacle to register in the local elections on May 14.

Celibashi: If the documentation for the registration of the DP is brought to the requirements of the law, then there is no obstacle in the registration of this party in the May 14 elections, as long as this documentation is not in accordance with the Electoral Code, then it is more than natural that PD is not registered. If the process and documentation is brought in line with the law, then you gain the right to be an electoral subject in these elections.

Invited to ABC, the Chief Commissioner emphasized that political parties must understand that the implementation of the law is a primary obligation.

Celibashi: This is not a matter that does not have its own importance, and its non-registration is not an ordinary event, but at the end of the day, the obligation to implement the law in letter and spirit, does not enjoy the privilege to implement this obligation .
