Other new names proposed for ambassadors who will represent our country in London, Berlin, Tel Aviv and Ankara have been disclosed by the media. According to the provided list, among the proposed names is that of Uran Feriz, who is a candidate to represent our country in the United Kingdom, replacing ambassador Qirjako Qirkjon. Blerta Kazadej is proposed for ambassador to Turkey as well as resident ambassador for Azerbaijan, Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Georgia, Afghanistan and Kazakhstan. She replaces Ambassador Kastriot Robo. Adia Sakiqi, currently ambassador to Germany, is proposed to replace Artur Kuko, the ambassador to Germany. Meri Kumbe is proposed for ambassador to Israel. The proposed ones will first be presented for hearings in the parliamentary committee of Foreign Affairs, and then the president of the republic, Bajram Begaj, will have the last word by decree. Whereas Ilir Gjoni, currently ambassador to Switzerland, is proposed to become ambassador to NATO after the retirement of current ambassador Visho Ajazi Lika. Gjon's place is proposed to be taken by the analyst, Mustafa Nano, who previously was part of the diplomatic service. The position of ambassador to the United Emirates left empty by Ermal Dredha, who ran and won as mayor of Vlora, is proposed to be replaced by Ridi Kurtezi, currently ambassador to Montenegro. The former deputy speaker of the Assembly, Vasilika Hysi, has been selected to head the Permanent Mission of Albania to the United Nations Office in Geneva. While the Albanian diplomacy in the capital of Austria, Vienna, is expected to be led by the former socialist deputy Fate Velaj. Ervin Bushati, former MP and former leader of the Tirana PS, is the favorite to replace Ambassador Floreta Faber in the USA. The proposed ones will first be presented for hearings in the parliamentary committee of Foreign Affairs, and then the President of the Republic, Bajram Begaj, will have the last word by decree.
