Zef Brozi from Washington: SPAK and BKH should not become guardians of Berisha, 28 years have passed but still "yesterday's tyrant of 'non-women' is still unpunished"

Zef Brozi, the former first president of the Court of Cassation of democratic Albania, from Washington where he lives and works since 1995 when he was persecuted by Sali Berisha, calls on the SPAK of BKH not to become guardians of the latter's impunity and calls on Albanians to be vigilant. And I am remembering this date because even today the Tyrant of yesterday and Non-Grata of today, continues to be the Impunity of these 32 years, protected perhaps by some in SPAK, BKH and other institutions. It was the night of September 21, 1995 when the Parliament, at the behest of the Tyrant, openly violated the Constitution and falsified the votes to realize its dictatorial goals. Endless in Wickedness, Mischief, Intrigue and Treachery, Tyranny, who had all the institutions under his hooves and at his service, could not tolerate the fact that he had previously failed to imprison the president of the Court of Cassation (today the Supreme Court) and suppressed that attempt at independence of the judiciary that he had proven with several decisions and deeds. In the dark of September 21, 1995, Tirana ordered the infamous SHIKU and the police to surround the Cassation building and to monitor and follow the president of this Court who was working in the office. He ordered the PD MPs to quickly vote his ultimatum for the dismissal of the president of the Cassation from any function. But the Parliament did not have the necessary quorum to start the voting session because the opposition had boycotted the Parliament and several DP deputies were absent. The tyrant seems to have taken the measures and ordered to vote even for absent deputies. And that's how it happened," he said among other things. Brozi said that SHIKU police cars followed him when he left the office while he was on his way to the hospital to visit his 88-year-old mother who had undergone surgery.
