Journalist Endri Xhafo says that former prime minister Sali Berisha, who considers the US ambassador, Yuri Kim, a governor, knows American politics very well.
In the show "Now" on Euronews Albania, Xhafo referred to Berisha's speech, according to which Yuri Kim violated the Vienna Convention.
Xahfo underlined that Article 41/1 of the Vienna Convention states that no ambassador can interfere in the internal affairs of another country.
"Former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who today calls Yuri Kim governor, has known American politics first hand, but also how it works. He says, Yuri Kim is a governor and has violated the Vienna Convention.
What does the Vienna Convention say? There is only one article 41/1, which says that no ambassador sticks his nose into the affairs of another country. How far can they interfere and poke their noses into our affairs?", he emphasized.
