Government decision not to set up a commission of inquiry, PD MP: This does not stand, here is the damage done to every Albanian
Written by SOT.COM.AL 18 Tetor 2021
DP MP Luciano Boci has stated that every Albanian will pay 50 euros "because of the government's behavior with the Italian businessman Francesco Becchetti".
According to Boçi, the government's arguments for not setting up a commission of inquiry do not stand, as the damage done is not secret, but public. "Parliament has an obligation to set up a commission of inquiry. The government's reasons for confidentiality do not stand. Every Albanian will pay 50 euros, while businessman Becchetti receives 120 million euros.
"What the government says does not stand," Boçi told Top Story.
The PD MP also spoke about the start of the new academic year, where the government's decision not to allow unvaccinated students in the auditorium has caused fierce debates.
Boci said the government should provide free tests for unvaccinated students.
