The decision of the Appeal was made 3 days before the end of the deadline, and this is not a coincidence, as everything was done by the power institutions to prevent the participation of the opposition in the elections. We have our right to appeal to higher instances than the CEC to the KAS or the Electoral College.

Our documentation lacks nothing to recognize our request represented by Mr. Berisha.

The party representing Mr. Basha publicly admitted that Lulzim Basha is no longer the president. But this act that is not legally done resignation is intentional. Unfortunately, these technicalities have caused the PD represented by Mr. Berisha should not be registered with a logo and seal, but this does not mean that we will not participate in the elections.

Today we will file the request for coalition registration. Today at 14:00 the meeting of the parliamentary group is scheduled and after that there will be developments. But it is certain that we will enter the elections with a coalition", said Nuri.
