The President of Albania, Bajram Begaj, has congratulated Erdogan on his re-election as the head of the Turkish state for the third time.
"Congratulations Erdo?an on your re-election!" writes, among others, Begaj.
Erdogan in the second round of the elections managed to defeat his rival Kemal Kilicdaroglu securing over 52% of the votes.
