The closing of the local elections seems to have been the signal for the resumption of VIP arrest operations by SPAK. A few days ago, the General Secretary of the Ministry of Health, Joana Duro, was arrested, while recently Vangjush Dako also went behind bars.
Although the charges are too peripheral compared to what public opinion expects of Dako, the latter's arrest is really the catch of a "big fish".
But, it seems that nothing is accidental and it seems that the summer will be "hot" and the SPAK "sword" will cut left and right.
Not for nothing, public figures close to the government are repeating the same refrain in their studio appearances, emphasizing that Dako is not the only one and that others are expected to be arrested.
Two nights ago, journalist Baton Haxhiu confirmed exactly this, stressing that "all those who have files in SPAK should dress thickly because there will be other VIP arrests".
"Albania is entering the stage when inviolability has reached its end. And according to what I have information, there are not a few, no one will be left untouched and most of those who have criminal records in SPAK will suffer the fate of Mr. Dako", said Baton Haxhiu.
Brizida Gjikondi was on the same line, who in an appearance on ABC said that other VIP arrests are expected left and right.
"I believe that it will continue and SPAK will maintain a political balance between the left and the right", she said, already warning of arrests in the opposition as well.
It seems that the recent messages about VIP arrests are not random and it seems that we have entered a season where other names will go behind bars and the chances are that SPAK will be the one to remove from the political scene characters that cannot be removed by vote.
