The Special Prosecutor's Office in the charges against former Prime Minister Sali Berisha, who appears to have had an active role in promoting the privatization of the former Partizani sports complex in violation of the law and for the benefit of his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi. SPAK writes in the announcement that from the investigations, reasonable suspicion has been created, based on evidence, that Sali Berisha has committed the criminal offenses of "Passive corruption of high state officials or local elected officials", in cooperation with his son-in-law Jamarbër Malltezi.
