The head of PBDNJ, Vangjel Dule, has arrived at the premises of the Special Court, where the hearing for the security measure against Fredi Beleri is taking place.
The first session against Fredi Beleri is held today in the Special Court, the elected mayor of Himara is expected to be present at the session. Likewise, the head of PBDNJ, Vangjel Dule, also went to court.
After the Special Court Against Corruption and Organized Crime arrived, Dule and Fredi Beler's lawyers entered the room where Fredi Beler's fate will be decided today.
Beleri has made two requests for a special permit, but the prisons have refused him. SPAK demands the trial of Beler for election corruption, as according to the accusation he was caught two days before the May 14 elections buying votes.
Meanwhile, he has presented two new appeals to the Supreme Court. In one of them, the elected mayor of Himara requests the illegal evaluation of the arrest in flagrante delicto. In the other recourse, Beleri requests that the wiretapping conducted by the Prosecutor's Office of Vlora be declared illegal for allowing the secret photographic, audio and video surveillance of the infiltrated person.
