We have strategic relations with Athens. On the other hand, when you talk about the Greek minority, I want to clarify, as you said, the candidate was an Albanian of Greek origin, and his opponent in the election was also an Albanian of Greek origin. Then this cannot be an issue of the Greek minority", he said. Rama emphasized that the progress report of the EC for Albania in general is very positive. "It marks objectively all the progress we have achieved, but it also marks everything we must continue to do, because we are not yet at the end of the road", he said. he. Asked about the impact of Kosovo-Serbia developments on the European integration of the region, Rama said that the EU should not exclude some countries of the region. "From a geopolitical point of view, it would be suicide for the European Union if it excluded the region or some countries. It should do the opposite, it should include and unite because it is the only way to achieve final peace in the region. "Yes, there are problems from time to time, there are setbacks and setbacks, but the general framework of the region is much better than 10 years ago," he said.
