The former deputy of SP Spartak Braho, invited to the studio of the show "Frontline", spoke about the proposal of the prime minister for the appointment of Vlora Hysen as the head of SHISH, saying that he does not understand this action since the latter was dismissed from the the same task in Kosovo.

Braho indicated that the law for the head of SHISH states that this role must be held by a person with Albanian citizenship, and not a dual one like Hyseni.

He further added that Rama "doesn't understand the work of the services", while he recalled an episode where he kept Visho Ajazi in charge on the grounds that "he wouldn't do anything" even though Braho himself had told him that he "has his hands dirty with blood".

"He was dismissed by Kurti, Rama takes him to the cabinet, I don't understand. I have no objection to him or her affairs. The problem is why a Kosovar citizen should be taken. I know the law on SHISH well, it must be an Albanian citizen, not a dual citizen. Rama has failed with two ministers he received from Kosovo, this is a very delicate position.
