Last week, Deputy Prime Minister Belinda Balluku has signed the decision to give President Bajrma Begaj a large sum of 600 thousand new lek for financial coverage of health expenses.

On the same day, Deputy Prime Minister Balluku also awarded an amount of 1.2 million lek to the former chairman of the CEC, currently adviser to the President, Klement Zguri.
