But this statement by Berisha seems to have angered MP Bardhi, who, while invited this Thursday to a TV studio, guaranteed that the position of General Secretary is held by him and not by Flamur Noka. "PD does not have a leader. According to the decision of the National Council, elections for the chairman will be held at a later time. The General Secretary of DP is Gazment Bardhi", declared Bardhi. However, regarding this statement of Bardhi, the head of "Foltore", Sali Berisha, also reacted yesterday. The latter, speaking at the weekly press conference from the violently occupied blue headquarters, reiterated that Flamur Noka is the General Secretary. "Now once more. Nisur nga kjo situatë, Kaso i bëri thirrje Gjykatës së Lartë që të japë vendimin. “Prej dy vitesh tashmë, gjykatat e Shqipërisë me urdhrin politik të Edi Ramës e kanë marrë peng përfaqësimin formal të opozitës shqiptare. Edi Rama është investuar personalisht për këtë çështje, siç dëshmoi edhe dosja McGonigal, duke ndikuar në të gjitha shkallët e gjyqësorit dhe të institucioneve zgjedhore. Me sa duket “pre” e interesit të kryeministrit ka rënë edhe Gjykata e Lartë. Pasi Gjykata e Apelit, duke mbyllur sytë dhe ulur kokën, mori vendimin e turpshëm për ta zvarritur pafund këtë çështje, ne ankimuam menjëherë këtë vendim pranë Gjykatës së Lartë, në datë 15 maj 2023. Sipas afateve të shqyrtimit, Gjykata e Lartë duhet të kishte marrë një vendim brenda datës 25 qershor 2023. Sot, kanë kaluar 4 muaj dhe nuk ka ende asnjë indicje se kur Gjykata e Lartë do të mblidhet për të dhënë vendim; i cili është me interes shumë të lartë publik. Shtyrja në kalendat greke e kësaj çështjeje nga ana e Gjykatës së Lartë i intereson vetëm atyre që duan që opozitën ta mbajnë virtualisht të përçarë. Edhe pse nuk ka asnjë dyshim tashmë se cili formacion dhe lidership politik përfaqëson realisht opozitën, të vetmit që bëjnë sikur nuk e kuptojnë, se ashtu u intereson, janë Gjykata e Lartë dhe Kolegji Zgjedhor”, deklaroi Kaso.
