Petrit Vasili: The McGonigal affair, the facts against Rama are thundering, whoever does not see them is pretending to be blind or caught blind!

McGonigal accepted all the charges related to Albania, so reports the Voice of America, which is the official broadcaster of the State Department.

Voice of America says in the news of September 22:

"Mr. McGonigal accepted all the charges related to Albania, including contacts with the Prime Minister of Albania, Edi Rama and the unofficial adviser to the Prime Minister, Dorian Ducka."

Asked by Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly if on Nov. 25, he had "informed the Justice Department Attorney ... of a possible criminal investigation into a U.S. citizen who had registered to lobby 'for a party that was not of Prime Minister Rama', Mr. McGonigal answered "Yes".

So the accusations are very clear and are related to two factors: McGonigall on the one hand and Edi Rama on the other as an active corrupter, abuser of state office as he uses the Prime Minister's Office for political and financial affairs.

Edi Rama has been mentioned 11 times in the public charge already accepted by McGonigal himself before the Washington Federal Court

McGonigal's admission of guilt and all illegal criminal actions committed in Albania in collaboration with Edi Ramen put the final stamp on the evidence of the Prime Minister's guilt.

Today, Edi Rama is charged with very serious criminal offenses with his direct individual responsibility.

He has actively bribed the very top official of the FBI for his corrupt, political and criminal purposes harming the interests of the country and democracy for his personal interests of holding illegal power and other benefits.

It has corruptly distributed property and public interests protected by law, as in the case of oil licenses.

SPAK është përpara provës së fortë pakapërcyeshme të respektit dhe barazisë para ligjit si dhe të mbrojtjes së interesit më të lartë publik, që është goditur shumë rëndë nga kryeministri i vendit.

Duke mos ndërmarrë akoma asnjë veprim SPAK tregon dy standarte ligji: pandëshkueshmeri dhe paprekshmëri për kryeministrin dhe një standart tjetër për qytetaret e tjerë.

Today, whoever pretends not to see them or who tries to relativize and minimize the accusations sealed in America about the prime minister is simply a pretended blind person or even just a blind person caught.
