Rama and Serbia think differently, seeking to reactivate the broken negotiations of 2017, which were never finalized.

Recently, Rama and Vucic have appeared in a line and with the character who has made an alliance with those who worked and fought hard for the division of Kosovo, like Richard Grenell with his Trump administration people. All these days, Grenell has attacked the administration of Joe Biden, but also the Kosovar leadership, which has proven that it is breaking away from old dangerous projects for the Balkan region and that it is looking for a final agreement for Serbia to finally recognize Kosovo. Grenell has said what Vucic also says, about the presence of Serbian military forces near the border with Kosovo, this presence that was asked by Washington to "urgently" leave there. What Vucic said in the Financial Times, where he even accused Antony Blinken and Jake Sullivan of telling lies, was repeated verbatim by Grenell.
