Sali Berisha's lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, in an appearance for the media, said that the decision of GJKKO against Berisha on the measure of 'obligation to appear' and 'prohibition of leaving the country' will also be taken to the Supreme Court.
"Berisha is in no danger of running away. He is in parliament twice a week, while the prosecution requests him once every two weeks. That measure derives from an anti-constitutional reasoning. On Thursday we have the next hearing about the loss of power. We will use all legal means, it will be a long battle. We will go to the High Court" - said Gjokutaj among others.
