He announced yesterday that he has prepared a draft for the Association of Serbian Municipalities in the North of the country, claiming that through this draft he proposes a solution to the crisis in Kosovo. According to the head of the government, the plan has been submitted to Germany and France and is waiting to be accepted by Pristina and Belgrade. The draft was drawn up by Rama without first obtaining the agreement of Prime Minister Albin Kurti, but in this situation this only helps the Serbian president. Është një draft i punuar nga ekspertë të nivelit më të lartë amerikanë dhe europianë prej kohësh, gjë që është bërë pikërisht në rast se do të vinte kjo ditë, kjo ditë kur palët dhe në këtë rast, për mua i pakuptueshëm është pozicioni i Kosovës dhe jo i Serbisë që e përsëris, bën atë që ka bërë dhe herë të tjera, palët nuk po merren dot vesh as se kush duhet ta shkruajë këtë tekst e jo më të merret vesh se çfarë duhet të ketë teksti. Natyrisht që ky është një dokument konfidencial i cili pa diskutim nuk pretendon të jetë zgjidhja ideale por ju siguroj që është një dokument i nivelit më të lartë ndërkombëtar që merr në konsideratë të gjitha arsyet për krijimin e asociacionin dhe patjetër merr në konsideratë që asociacioni është pjesë e organizimit të jetës në Republikën e Kosovës duke adresuar të gjithë rekomandimet apo konkluzionet e Gjykatës Kushtetuese të Kosovës. Uroj dhe shpresoj që ky material do të vlejë për të çuar në një nivel tjetër dialogun dhe për t’i bërë palët që të flasin për gjëra konkrete, gjëra që lidhen me përfundimin e suksesshëm të dialogut dhe jo që të flasin me vete dhe për vete. Kjo ishte ajo që unë doja të ndaja edhe publikisht. Natyrisht, arsyeja pse e ndaj publikisht sot është ajo që thashë më parë, sepse situata po bëhet alarmante dhe unë nuk mund të qëndroj spektator duke parë Kosovën sesi tkurret e tkurret në sytë e atyre që e krijuan shtetin e Kosovës”, tha Rama.
