Taulant Balla opened his mouth in the Assembly hall, as he addressed the former Prime Minister Berisha as he addressed him: "You, Sali, will continue to eat this part... always".

The reaction of the socialist deputy came after, during the speech in the Assembly, former Prime Minister Berisha addressed the majority with the term "thieves".

"To keep his mouth shut because I know what he deserves, said the thieves to this part. You, Sali, will continue to eat this part always, always whenever you get the chance. After his comment, Flamur Noka asked for the expulsion of Balla from the Assembly hall.

"Take measures to expel him! Take presidential measures. You are a mother and a grandmother, I don't believe you are an old man. It is a word that cannot be used slang, intervene and take measures, to be immediately excluded as ordinary alabak, for the language used. I understand that you may be used to it, but this is unacceptable", asked the democratic deputy to the Speaker of the Assembly, Lindita Nikolla.
