The lawyer, Genc Gjokutaj, spoke about the security measure given by SPAK for the former minister, Ilir Beqaj.

We consider that he has read the entire file and is one of the best judges we have, but this time he shows integrity and courage and before this fact, SPAK again did his service by giving a comparatively light insurance measure what is he accused of?

I don't want to burden his position, but he, as a minister, has taken the easiest measure provided for by the criminal procedure code, while his subordinates are under 'prison arrest', 'house arrest'. When, moreover, the legal qualification for abuse of office when SPAK's practice is corruption clearly shows that SPAK, not only does not intend to take the case to the end regarding Beqaja, but also has another legal element.
