Today, the census for the population and housing census has officially started in Albania, but the analyst Frrok Çupi says that this is not the best time to conduct it.

In a television interview, Çupi said that Greece will intervene in this process, after what it is doing in relation to the case of the elected mayor of Himara, Fredi Beleri.

According to him, Greece is the only Balkan country that interferes in the census and national affairs in Albania.

"It is one of the most important events of the state, as always, this is also a very important event, census. Of course, since the Albanian state has completed 10 years, it is enough for a census and it must do the census. But it is not the best time to do this, it is under the blows of Greece, it is the only Balkan neighbor, our neighbor, that has acted and poked its nose into the national issues in our country. We have different positions with Serbia, with Macedonia, Montenegro, but it has never happened that they could calculate the number of people who make up not their ethnicity, but their nationality, we are facing this kind of danger. Greece itself is warning that there will be another attack. Greece will attack even if in Himare, in Konispol, in Gjirokastër, there is the correct number of minorities.

We will have another attack in order to be able to increase the number. Greece has been functioning for so many years with pensions, passports, education, hospitals.
