The election process has started in Kukës. Albert Halilaj and Emri Vata are competing.
The head of KZAZ 11, Sahit Doçi, in a statement to the media, stated that everything is going on without problems. Except for some minor problems with the equipment, everything else is fine in all polling stations.
"The voting process has started successfully in all the voting centers at the district level. The beginnings were good, we had small problems in terms of operators, for putting the devices to work. But we have no worrisome problems. The process continues normally.
Until now, we have no concerns regarding the commissioners, only 1 in Bicaj municipality and we have no other problems.
If there is no electricity, then you vote manually, you register your name, surname, identity card near the voting center", said Doçi.
The partial elections in Kukës are held today after the video scandal with the former head of the municipality Safet Gjici. On the ballot, voters will have the opportunity to vote between Alber Halilaj of the SP and Emri Vata of the opposition.
