The hearing against Ervin Salianji begins at the Court of Appeal, the MP's urgent request is clarified

The hearing against deputy Ervin Salianji in the Court of Appeal of general jurisdiction begins. The session started without the presence of Geron Xhafa's defense lawyer.

With the start of this session, the defendant Salianji requested the dismissal of judge Edlira Petri.

There is incompatibility because it was expressed in relation to the dismissal of judge Artan Gjermeni in the first instance and then we directed this appeal to the high court where the case was examined by judge Sokol Sadushi, the latter husband of Edlira Petri, who is judging the case on appeal.
