The parole of Saimir Tahir should have been done earlier. This was the conclusion of the lawyer Idajet Beqiri during a conversation in a television studio.

Beqiri said that the Court has given a fair but delayed decision due to the politicization of the case. So, according to him, political rhetoric has not allowed justice to act properly.

"The prosecutor's offices here take a wrong position, which is against the law. The prosecutor was correct and gave him this measure. Just because he was a minister he was put in prison, if he was a simple citizen he would be on bail.

This means that politics here undermines the justice system. With severity, we have increased criminality. We need to soften our spirit and our concept of law and justice etc. Prison does not solve everything," said Beqiri.

The lawyer also had a comment about Berisha's statement regarding Tahir's release. Beqiri says not to speak prematurely, as Shkelzen Berisha will also go to prison and justice will have to do its job.

"He will stay at home under the conditions that the court has told him and that he has an agreement with the probation service. There is no obligation to go. I heard these statements by Berisha are crazy, made by people who have directed us.

Do not get into these problems because they are neither of the position nor of the opposition. They are problems of justice, let him act. Let it fall on his head, Shkëlzeni will go to jail tomorrow. This trouble will fall on his head," says Beqiri.

Shkëlzen Berisha was called to SPAK because his name was very 'popular' in many documents or 'coincidences' that had to do with the very profitable business of disassembling weapons in Gërdec.
