Changes in state structures, Agim Ismaili replaces Dallandyshe Bici at the head of IKMT, Rama proposes 5 new members of INSTAT

Agim Ismaili, the former General Director of Prisons will be charged with another important task. He was appointed Director of the National Inspectorate of Territory Protection, after his predecessor, Dallandyshe Bici, was appointed head of the State Cadastre Agency. Ismaili led the Directorate of Prisons in the years 2019-2021, while previously he was in charge of the National Food Authority and deputy director in the Directorate of Money Laundering. Agimj Ismaili was replaced in charge of prisons by Admir Abrija, former prefect of Tirana. These movements took place after Prime Minister Rama dismissed Artan Lama from ASHK last week. Likewise, the prime minister has signed the proposal of new members of the Institute of Statistics. In the last VKM, the following were proposed: Adrian Kamenica, representative of the main users of official statistics; Elora Kokalari, representative of the main users of official statistics; Kozeta Sevrani, representative of the academic world; Edvin Zhllima, civil society representative and Blendi Salaj, media representative. These names will be sent to the Assembly for approval.
