Meta presents the PL candidates for the municipal councils in Fier and Lushnja for May 14: Let the voice of the young prevail

The Chairman of the Freedom Party, Ilir Meta, held a meeting yesterday to present the candidates for the Municipal Council in Fier and Lushnje. While speaking about the leading candidates of the list for municipal councilors of the Freedom Party, Meta emphasized that the goal was to prevail over the voice of the young, adding that the country was being abandoned because the appropriate policies for the young have not been undertaken. "The two leaders of the PL list for the municipal councils of Lushnja and Fier, Katerina Bano, who studies law and is engaged with youth forums and civil society, and Kristian Kina, a lecturer and experienced senator in the senate of the University of Tirana. It is a pleasure to support young people. We want their voice to prevail in the municipal councils that will be elected on May 14. PL fights for Albania that belongs to the youth, not that it is abandoned by young people because they are not offered opportunities for proper education or professional growth or high and dignified salaries to afford living", he declared. Furthermore, Meta did not leave without mentioning the serious event that happened yesterday evening in the middle of Tirana, saying that the increase in criminality in the country is clearly seen, while education is the last on the government's list of priorities. "Yesterday, a very serious incident happened, a very serious criminal act took place in the middle of Tirana. Innocent people lose their lives. A few days ago, three murders took place in a record time span in the middle of Tirana. We see an increase in criminality, the prime minister says let the gangs eat each other's heads. Education is the last priority of this government. We have to run towards May 14th. We ask parents to reflect, grandparents to reflect so as not to be left without grandchildren and not to be in a difficult situation with scandalous pensions that cannot afford living. The money goes to incinerators and offshore companies", underlined Meta.
