"The agency does not close and does not change except for dependence, which cannot be independent. There will be no change in the budget and tasks. There is only one restructuring", said Artemis Malo, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs. "The main actors are not heard. So where the agency that is being merged is not heard, it is not invited to the commission, it does not give an opinion to merge it and build it in a new form", said Ina Zhupa, DP deputy. The special structure that will replace the Diaspora Agency will have the direct responsibility to carry out all tasks and projects for the Albanian Diaspora.
