Ylli Rakipi: You have often spoken about the oligarchs. I had PD candidate Belind Kelliçi in the studio and I asked him about the oligarchs, but he said that this is a provocation. Now I am asking you, who are the oligarchs?

Arlind Qori: I mentioned Shefqet Kastrati.

Ylli Rakipi: Ceti does not make laws, because oligarchs also make laws. Cheti has no head for laws...

Arlind Qori: He does not need to make the laws because they are made by ustallars in the parliament, the oligarch has interests. In the end, even Edi Rama does not make the law, he simply has the will.

Arlind Qori: Hospitals. The government has approved a law that will enable private hospitals to become autonomous hospitals and be financed by the state.

Arlind Qori: I believe there is, where they also have other businesses and do not make a profit from the media, but they have construction companies, they have contracts with the state. Media oligarchs are people who have very profitable side businesses, connected to the government, or get building permits, licenses, etc.
