The Prime Minister of Albania gives right to Serbia and accuses Albin Kurti, the Kosovars are irritated and demand to be declared "non grata" as an enemy of the Albanians for the interests of the Serbs

Prime Minister Edi Rama continues to justify his "brother" Vucic. The head of the Albanian government is behaving like a foreign character in relation to Kosovo. His bought media continues every day to defend his pro-Russian-Serbian line by strongly attacking the government of Albin Kurti and President Vjosa Osmani. Kosovo is fulfilling its legal and constitutional obligations, while Rama continues to behave as an anti-Albanian prime minister, as he is accusing Kosovo of contributing to the tensions in the North. While Vu?i?, who is igniting the north of Kosovo for his internal political calculations in Serbia, as he risks being blown up by the protests, Rama takes him to his defense. His proposal of the Association marked his pro-Serbian positions. This situation has irritated Kosovars, who requested his declaration "non grata" as an enemy of the Albanians for the interests of the Serbs. The harsh attitude came from the journalist from Kosovo, Rron Gjinovci. In a post on his Facebook page, the journalist writes that "Edi Rama, Vucic's friend, deserves non-women from Kosovo. Even in this case, the withdrawal of the ambassador of Kosovo from the currently pro-Serbian country in the Balkans".

Kosovar politics against Rama

This decision by the head of the government has caused reactions from MPs and political figures in Kosovo. Vetëvendosje MP Dimal Basha said that the intervention of the prime minister in the affairs of Kosovo is inappropriate. "Prime Minister Edi Rama was worried about the concern of his friend, which is the Association. I even took the trouble to draft a statute! Mr. Rama, have you sent to the international community any statute for any Association for the Albanians of the Valley? Dear Prime Minister Rama, I know that in the past our politicians in Kosovo have burdened you with various concerns, but the times have changed and I personally release you from this concern, because Kosovo now has enough people who care and worry about Kosovo", he writes MP in a post on "Facebook".

Kosovo called on Rama not to intervene

Even the Chairperson of the LVV parliamentary group, Mimoza Kusari Lila, has come out against Rama's intervention regarding the Association. Mimoza Kusari Lila confirmed that Rama has not consulted with the government of Kosovo and stated that they do not need 'saviors'. "We have no way of seeing it because we have not seen that draft statute. As Prime Minister Rama himself said, he did not consult with us. I think that the specifics and circumstances of this process in Kosovo are such that the entire history of this process should be taken into consideration and of course the importance of moving forward based on principles. Prime Minister Kurti also mentioned it in the session that he expects to be further elaborated on the vision and principles of the draft statute and not on the immediate leap, where the issue of the association's draft statute turns into a matter of bargaining: a dry money version and the other version based on the principles of the Republic of Kosovo and all other principles for which the international community and the USA and the European Union have given guarantees. We should not enter into a process in which we have to change versions of the draft statute, to end up in a format that belongs to a state in which other non-majority communities live", said Kusari-Lila. Asked if the government of Kosovo is interested in seeing the draft statute, Kusari Lila said that they do not need self-provided saviors, but for a draft that will focus on the direction of the state and the rights of the communities in Kosovo. "The government of Kosovo is interested in discussing the vision and principles, we have seen the draft statute, although not from Albania. We have seen one that was done by the management team of the previous term. We do not need a savior to provide us with a draft charter. We need ownership and elaboration of principles in focus with the direction of the state and the rights of communities in Kosovo, with ownership and clarity for the future of our country", said Lila.

Gashi i përgjigjet propozimit të Ramës

Edhe Shefi i Grupit Parlamentar të Lidhjes Demokratike të Kosovës, Arben Gashi, ka thënë se statutin e Asociacionit si dhe menaxhimin me partnerët ndërkombëtarë mund ta bëjë vetëm Qeveria e Kosovës, dhe askush tjetër duke dalë kundër Ramës. “Të jemi të qartë e të saktë; kompetent për propozimin e statutit të asociacionit, si dhe menaxhimin me partnerët ndërkombëtarë, është vetëm Qeveria e Kosovës, askush tjetër, asnjë Qeveri e ndonjë vendi tjetër”, ka shkruar shefi i deputetëve të LDK-së.

Reagon "ashpër" ish-ministrja Haradinaj

Ish-ministrja e Jashtme e Kosovës, Meliza Haradinaj mbajti edhe një qëndrim më të ashpër ndaj Ramës. Haradinaj shkruan se agjentët e idesë së shkëmbimit të territoreve janë vënë në lëvizje për jetësimin e Asociacionit të komunave me shumicë serbe, me kompetenca ekzekutive.  "Pra tani "agjentët" e idesë së shkëmbimit të territoreve janë vënë në lëvizje për jetësimin e Asociacionit me kompetenca ekzekutive. Qëllimi mbetet i njëjtë: ndarja e Kosovës!!”, shkruan Haradinaj në “Facebook”.

Përgjigja e Kurtit ndaj Ramës

 Kurti answered indirectly yesterday from the Assembly to Prime Minister Rama. While speaking about the establishment of the Association of municipalities with a Serbian majority, he said that he has proposed a draft vision. He emphasized that first agreement from the other side is needed in order to reach an agreement. "I have proposed a draft vision to implement article 7 of the basic agreement and in relation to article 10, for which I did not first accept the approval of the other party that did not accept the document at all and then of the official Brussels that continues to consider this issue open. For your information, the composition of the management team has been changed three times by the respective Governments of that time," he said. So his reaction was a stand against Rama's movement on internal issues of Kosovo.
