The lawyer Kreshnik Spahiu said in the Now show on Euronews Albania that it is possible for the Parliament to give authorization to SPAK for the arrest of Arben Ahmetaj when Prime Minister Edi Rama is abroad.
According to him, the assembly should decide when the SP is complete there, as it has the obligation to do so.
"It is no coincidence that the prime minister is out for three days. I will not call it a coincidence if the request to arrest him will be made at a time when the prime minister is not there. I think that the assembly should decide when the SP is fully there to make a transparent decision with the public, as it has the obligation to do so. Before 3 weeks, we commented on the inspections of Ahmetaj's apartment. Do you know that checks of deputies must be done with the authorization of the assembly? Was authorization received from the assembly for this"? Spahiu said.
