Kreshnik Spahiu: Here is the US-EU 'trap' against corrupt Albanian political leaders to remove them from the political scene in 2025, the details of the legal package that will cause earthquakes in the old establishment and the drastic changes that Rama will make in the government Socialist

The well-known lawyer, Kreshnik Spahiu commented on the political situation in the country. During an interview for the "SOT" newspaper, Mr. Spahiu shows the "trap" that the US-EU has set against corrupt Albanian political leaders to remove them from the political scene in 2025, while also revealing details of the legal package that will cause the earthquakes in the old establishment and the drastic changes that Rama will make in the socialist government. According to him, in 2025 Rama will remove all the ministers rumored for corruption and will build a government of experts. He even added that no minister will be a deputy and vice versa. Also, the analyst Spahiu reveals during the interview with the editor-in-chief of the "SOT" newspaper, Rigels Seliman, why Meta-Berisha-Rama will not be arrested for several years and two reasons why the prime minister has no interest in hitting Erion Veliaj.

- Mr. Spahiu, how do you see Edi Rama's anti-corruption resolution? Some voices say that it is against SPAK...

In this political equation there are two theoretical formulas:

- First, that Rama-Berisha have a scheme against SPAK to prevent him from the arrests he has designed.

- Second, that the Americans asked Rama to undertake the legal initiative for the second reform in justice.

The facts showed that the first version does not stand because the American embassy welcomed the resolution and requested that other political groups support it. I read more of an international "trap" against Albanian political leaders to get them out of the political scene. This project aims to do what partially happened in Kosovo. They forced political leaders to vote for a reform that shackled them and took them out of politics. The US and the EU aim to prevent corrupt leaders from entering Parliament by law in 2025. The soon-to-be-voted legal package will shake up the old establishment. But for this to happen, 84 votes will be needed to vote the change in the decriminalization law. The foreign experts will ask to extend the mandate of Altin Duman and the prosecutors of SPAK, as well as they will ask that the persons under accusation and under investigation do not run for deputy in the elections. An act in Parliament is expected soon.

- Is there a fight between Rama and Veliaj analyzing their statements and movements?

Jo nuk mendoj që ka një sherr mes Ramës dhe Veliaj, por nuk ka as dashuri mes tyre. Rama nuk ka shok në politikë. Ai është egoist dhe delirant në rrugëtimin e tij. Rama nuk njeh askënd si këshilltar, konsulent, partner apo aleat. Ai është një “bajraktar” modern i shekullit të ri. Ndërkohë Rama nuk është kundër Erion Veliajt se ndryshe nga Saimir Tahiri apo Arben Ahmetaj, ai nuk është Individ, por ekip. Veliaj është pranuar në PS me grupin e tij “Mjaft”. Ata përfaqësonin elitën e re socialiste për të zëvendësuar xhaketat e vjetra të Fatos Nanos. Sot në qeveri janë 4 ministra nga Mjaft dhe 8 deputetë. Edi Rama s’ka asnjë interes ta godasë Erion Veline për dy arsye: - nuk ka interes të fragmentizojë partinë.-Veliaj ka mbështetje ndërkombëtare. Nuk besoj në retoriken dhe kritikën e Ramës kundër Erion Veliajt. Mendoj se vazhdojnë të kenë marrëdhënie të mira. Tjetër gjë janë marrëdhëniet e tyre me SPAK. Edi Rama nuk ka asnjë forcë që të urdhërojë SPAK-un kundër Erjon Velisë, por as interes politik. Çdo teori tjetër me duket konspiracion.

-U shprehet në një intervistë të fundit se Rama po kërkon që te transformoje qeverinë e tij me prurje të reja, por te panjohura. Mund te na jepni me shume detaje?

Asambleja e Partisë Socialiste provoi ato që thashë. Rama në 2025 do largojë të gjithë ministrat e përfolur për korrupsion dhe do ndërtojë një qeveri ekspertësh. Asnjë ministër nuk do jetë deputet dhe anasjelltas. Do ndërtojë një qeveri me profil të ulët dhe jo politike.

-Pse SPAK po vonon goditjen ndaj Metës dhe Kryemadhit kur provat jane sheshit?

Unë e kam thënë, e them dhe do vazhdojë të them se: tre politikanë në Shqipëri edhe për disa vite do mbetem të paprekshëm dhe nuk do e kalojnë pragun e burgut. Kam dyshimet e mija se Meta-Berisha-Rama nuk do arrestohen pavarësisht shumë dosjeve apo akuzave. Shqipëria është ende e papërgatitur për të parë 3 liderët e tyre në burg. Në Shqipëri ende është më e fortë partia sesa drejtësia.

-A mund te kemi nje qeveri teknike siç pretendon grupi Sali Berishës?

Jo, jo aspak. Qeveritë teknike ndërtohen nga krizat parlamentare. Në Kuvend nuk ka bllokim mazhorancash kushtetuese apo votuese. Teoritë e Berishës janë luge bosh për të hequr urinë e 200 militanteve qe dalin poshtë rrugicës. Këtë metodë ka përdorur 34 vjet me mitingashet: “Po vinë zgjedhjet e parakohshme”. Fundja kur gjen budallenj mirë bën. Ai vazhdon i gënjen njerëzit, ata bëjnë sikur e besojnë. Histori komike kjo që më vjen të qesh.

-Si e shihni pozicionin qe po mban Lulzim Basha ndaj zhvillimeve te fundit politike?

Luzim Basha has a golden moment to fill the gap, but he is still not getting the right results. He cannot build an anti-government coalition. He still cannot build a project against the duo: Rama-Berisha. Basha must understand that great causes cannot be achieved with small people alone. Today, the official DP has lost its role as the leader of the opposition. Basha urgently needs to cooperate with the new parties: Endri Shabanin, Arlind Qorrin, Agron Shehajn and Adriatik Lapajn.
